A standard full appraisal includes three core steps: the inspection, the market analysis, and the final report. The inspection involves a complete interior and exterior walkthrough where we take photos and measurements—nothing to worry about, just the information needed to identify comparable properties. Afterward, we analyze the local market and prepare a detailed report, which is delivered electronically to the client or lender.
Your appraisal fee covers the completed appraisal report (PDF) and its contents. It does not include court testimony, court appearances, or additional consulting services; if needed, those services are negotiated separately in writing on a case-by-case basis.
